Becky Harkcom is a Chartered and Certified Public accountant, with a wide range of experience across both the commercial and not for profit sectors. Notably she has had a leading role in the charity 'Education for Health', driving strategy and continuous improvement to create financial stability, while promoting the health and wellbeing of the public through the provision of education.

Becky’s experience includes responsibility for finance, governance, IT, human resources, information governance, customer services, contracts, health and safety, risk and estates.

As a Director of both Piece of Heaven Farm animal sanctuary, and Plant Based Future, her energies are now firmly fixed on creating a better world.

Mark Starmer is a career adult development professional, with nearly 40 years of experience, who has spent the past 25 years specializing in ‘real’ leadership development, corporate culture management and team conflict resolution.

Mark has held the most senior global HR development role within banking giant HSBC, written a bestselling business book, and founded and run two international businesses. His experience includes the entire spectrum of HR practice, gained in 58 countries on 4 continents. He has been a conference speaker, coach and Government advisor, designing impactful, leading edge people development strategies and global learning initiatives that bring about real and sustainable change.

He now focuses on his passion for the environment and protecting the future of our world through the Plant Based Future initiative.
